Stephanie Hays, MSN, FNP-BC, CEN began her healthcare career as a registered nurse working in a high-acuity emergency department where she developed extensive experience managing a wide variety of acute and complex medical conditions. During her time in the emergency department, Stephanie also served as a charge nurse who helped oversee clinical operations and support a large multidisciplinary team while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality patient care.
Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Rowan University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Delaware. Her clinical background in emergency medicine has strengthened her diagnostic and procedural skills and she has a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries, acute illness management, and preventive health.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her dog and family. She also enjoys volunteering at animal shelters, fostering dogs, and staying active outdoors.
