Krista Balzofiore, MSN, RNC, FNP-C is an advanced family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Krista attended Quinnipiac University where she received her bachelor's of science in nursing and was a 4-year student-athlete on the acrobatics and tumbling team. After several years of bedside nursing, Krista went on to graduate with her master's of science in nursing from Rowan University. She has extensive experience working in the Neonatal ICU, labor and delivery, gynecological surgery and antepartum/postpartum units.
Krista believes that by incorporating a holistic multidisciplinary team approach that Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine offers it will allow patients to maximize their recovery and live a pain free life. When she is not working, Krista enjoys spending time outside at the beach or by her pool, being with her family and friends, or baking delicious desserts.
