Dr. Ted Dec was born and raised in Maywood, which is a small town in Bergen County, New Jersey. He pursued his passion in health and wellness at Rutgers University in New Brunswick where he received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2018. He went on to work at a multidisciplinary healthcare office for two and a half years before continuing his education at the University of Bridgeport. During his time in Connecticut, he worked at the Community Health Center in Norwalk, providing care for hundreds of underprivileged people within the community. He spent the summer in New Jersey as an assistant for the chiropractor of the New York Giants at DeStefano Chiropractic & Associates in Hackensack. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude with a doctorate of chiropractic in May 2024. When he’s not treating his patients, he loves to workout, relax at the beach with family and friends, and walk his English Bulldog, Bubba.
