Dr. Gannon Brochin received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D'Youville University in Buffalo, NY and his Master of Science in Applied Sport Science from East Tennessee State University. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to joining Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine, Dr. Brochin completed a NIH funded T32 postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. His research focuses on chronic pain mechanisms, neurocognition, and rehabilitation outcomes, and he has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and presented original research at national and international conferences. Dr. Brochin currently serves on the American Chiropractic Association's Research Advisory Board and NextGen Committee. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Dr. Brochin currently resides in New Jersey and enjoys fishing and kayaking in his spare time.
