Dr. Andrew Sokol was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and raised in Bergen County. Upon graduating from Teaneck High School in 1980, he attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both sociology and anthropology. He subsequently went on to attend Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1989. While at Life College, he received certificates of proficiency in the Thompson drop technique as well as full spine adjusting. He returned to his native New Jersey in 1989 and has been in practice ever since. Since earning his doctorate, he continued his postgraduate education by attending numerous seminars and conferences each year. He has also been a long-time member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors. In his free time, Dr. Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren in addition to traveling and going to the beach. He is also an avid fisherman and lifelong New York Yankees fan.
