Emily Errickson is a board certified Occupational Therapist from Hazlet, New Jersey. After graduating from Raritan High School, she went on to attend the University of Scranton’s 5-year Master’s Degree program, earning both her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Sciences in 2019 and then her Master’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2020. During her time in Scranton, Emily was heavily involved in student life and enjoyed participating in an array of different service opportunities in the greater Scranton area from Rock Steady boxing to clothing and food drives. Throughout being a student and in her first few months as a Licensed Occupational Therapist, Emily has had experience working in the acute care setting, in the pediatric neurological setting, and in outpatient orthopedics. Emily is very excited to join the Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine team and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to help clients of all ages and all physical abilities to be able to participate in the activities that are most meaningful to them. She is looking forward to growing her skillset and continuing to learn each and every day to give her clients the best possible care. When she is not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, reading the latest book for her club, riding her Peloton and crocheting.
