Charles Elmendorf ("Chuck") is a board certified Occupational Therapist from Medford, New Jersey. After graduating from Shawnee High School, Chuck attended Wesley College studying Exercise Science and Kinesiology while playing collegiate soccer for two years. He then transferred to Stockton University and graduated with honors, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2015. Chuck then moved to Jenkintown, Pennsylvania to attend Salus University where he earned his Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Chuck graduated from Salus University in June 2018 and worked in the sub-acute setting treating a myriad of client cases prior to joining the Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine team in February of 2020. He is excited to expand his skills and continue helping individuals return to their daily activities. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, hiking, and spending time with his family and friends.
