Faith Madden is a board-certified and licensed Occupational Therapist from Keansburg, NJ. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stockton University in 2019 where she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Pre-OT and a minor in Holistic Health. Faith continued her education at Stockton University and obtained her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2021. During occupational therapy school, Faith was a Graduate Assistant where she had several volunteer opportunities within the community, facilitated groups for individuals diagnosed with dementia, and was published in two New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association (NJOTA) newsletters. Faith completed fieldwork rotations at a skilled nursing facility and at Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine. Faith is excited to return to Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine as an Occupational Therapist where she can collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, provide patients with the highest quality of care, and expand upon her clinical skills. She is eager to begin helping patients across the lifespan to increase functional independence and reach their fullest potential. During her free time, Faith enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in yoga and pilates classes and going to the beach.
