Amanda Rae Ross

Amanda Rae Ross is an Occupational Therapist who grew up in Galloway, NJ. She attended Gloucester County Institute of Technology High School where she was a dancer in the South Jersey Performing Arts Academy. Her extensive volunteer work helped to improve the quality of life for children and adults diagnosed with various developmental disabilities & inspired her to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. Amanda attended Stockton University where she earned her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy following her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Before entering Occupational Therapy school, Amanda spent hours learning more about the field in an outpatient clinic. Throughout her education, she has gained additional experience in settings such as acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation centers, and community mental health. With joining the Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine team, Amanda is excited to expand her set of skills in order to help clients gain independence and return to participating in the daily activities that are meaningful to them. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys crafting, teaching dance, running on the beach, traveling, and making memories with her family and friends.
